About us

Who are we?
We are obsessed with motorcycles, that's who we are...No more perfect machine has ever been invented by man, and we mean to spread the joy. Specifically, we're motorcycle tourers. Although we can certainly appreciate at big, fast monster, our main goal is to pack the necessities and get out on the road - sometimes on a breakfast run, sometimes for a weekend, but preferably for a week or more.

Mission statement
Since we sincerely believe there is no better feeling than packing up your bike and heading out on the road, we want to do our part for the world by showing everyone how to do this. You might already realise this, in which case we want to be your home when you're not on the bike, and we want you to share your experiences with us. We believe that together we can make the world a happier place, where everyone knows the joy of only two wheels.

What we're offering you

The site is about providing you with heaps of information about motorcycle touring, and also offers the best biking products to enhance that experience. Hopefully, you can get everything you need for you next trip right here. (And if you think there's something we don't have but really ought to, let us know!) We also want to be a site where you can post details, photos and experiences from your latest ride, to let others of our fraternity in on what you've done, and maybe learn a thing or two. Also, if you come across a good (or bad!) product, please let us know the details, so we can justifiably praise (or damn) it.

Who this site caters to

Any biker or bike-curious sentient entity is very welcome on these pages, although you'll notice that we skew towards a certain kind of riding. Our focus is not on the last superbike (but if a particularly spectacular one comes along, we'll give it a nod). This site is more about the long ride - packing the panniers and heading off for a few days, weeks or even months. We do not wish do discriminate against either the road- or adventure-tourer - all are welcome. That means whether you ride a KTM990 Adventure or a BMW K1300GT, or prefer to cruise the open road on a Harley, this is the page for you.
